The price is on each garment's page and it already includes GST. It does not change with how many you order. If you want more than 50 of something, email us and we will price it for you.

Yes, ten of each garment. Ten jerseys, or ten hoodies. You mix the sizes however you like across those ten, and they do not have to be the same size. A few products are different: socks have a minimum of 20, and the netball bib sets can be ordered as a single set. Every garment's page shows its own minimum.

No. The ten has to be ten of the same garment. Five jerseys and five hoodies is not an order of ten, it is five of each, and both are under their minimum. You can order as many different garments as you like in one go, but each one needs its own ten.

$69.00 on your first order of a design, to cover setting it up in our system. It is charged once per order, not per garment, so ordering jerseys and shorts together costs one setup fee, not two. The minimum is separate: each garment still needs its own ten. Order the same design again later and there is no setup fee at all.

No. Player names and numbers are included at no extra charge.

Nothing, anywhere in New Zealand, on kit orders. Samples are the exception, and carry freight of $11.50, or $13.80 to a rural address.

About six weeks. Four weeks to make your kit, then two weeks to get it here and out to you.

From the day you approve your design and pay, not from the day you first email us. Leave a bit of time before that for us to draw it and for you to check it over.

We can shorten the making, not the shipping. Three weeks costs $5.75 more per garment, two weeks $9.20. Both need checking with the factory first, and a rush order may be made at a second factory where the print can look very slightly different.

No. It is two weeks whatever you pay. That covers the flight, our quality check here in New Zealand, and the local courier.

That is normal, and it is the easiest part. You can pick one of our existing designs and tell us your club colours, send us a photo of the kit you already wear and we will do something similar, or build your own in the Design Studio. Any of the three is fine.

Yes, and it is cheaper and faster. We keep your design and your logo on file, so there is no setup fee and nothing to redraw. Just tell us the sizes you need this time.

Vector is ideal, an .ai, .eps or .pdf from whoever made it. If all you have is a photo or a small image off a website, send it anyway; we can redraw it for a fee we will quote you first.

As many as you need. Changes happen at the proof stage and there is no charge and no limit. Nothing moves forward until you say it is right.

Yes. We email you a visual of your kit in your colours to approve, then a job sheet with the sizes, quantities and names to sign off. Nothing reaches the factory until you have approved both.

Take a top your players already wear and like the fit of, lay it flat, and measure straight across the chest. Match that number to the chart on the garment's page. You never have to measure a single person. Sizes can vary by about a centimetre or two either way.

Most garments run adult, ladies and youth. The exact range differs by garment, so check the chart on the page you are ordering from. A size L jersey and a size L hoodie are not the same measurement.

Yes. Mix them however your squad needs. They all count toward that garment's ten.

The ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so there is nothing to crack or peel. It stays bright in the sun and through a lot of washing, which is why it suits sports kit and school uniforms.

The printing, cutting and sewing is done at the factory in China. Everything else is done here: we draw your design, send you the proof and the job sheet, check every order against it when it lands in New Zealand, and ship it to you.

Kit that has been correctly printed with your design cannot be returned. It is made for your team and cannot be sold to anyone else, which is exactly why we ask you to approve a visual and then a job sheet before anything is printed.

Two things are different. If a product is faulty, we replace it or refund it in full. If we send you something you did not order, send it back and we credit you and cover the postage. Every order is also checked by us here in New Zealand against your job sheet before it goes out.

Anything returned has to be unused with its tags still on, back with us within 10 working days.

If the garment matches the job sheet you approved, it is not something we can take back, because it is printed for your team. This is why the size chart on each garment's page matters, and why a stock sample is worth it if you are unsure. If you think we have made the wrong size against your job sheet, get in touch and we will sort it.
