Custom rugby jerseys, shorts and training kit for New Zealand clubs, schools and social sides — printed and sewn to order in your colours.
Three jersey fits are made here. The standard fit and tapered fit use a heavy 270gsm interlock; the pro fit uses a 280gsm poly spandex for a closer cut and is the only one offered in ladies sizing, LXS to L6XL. A long sleeve rugby jersey is available in the same poly spandex. All are two-panel raglan with reinforced, overlocked seams. Shorts come in a traditional four-panel union cut, sized adult S to 7XL, or a six-panel elite short with piping, both with a spandex crotch panel. The shell jacket is a waterproof rugby training jacket with a mesh lining, for training and warm-ups.
Each garment has a minimum order of ten, and you mix the sizes however you like across those ten. Player names and numbers are included at no extra charge, with no limit on the colours or logos in a design. The $69 setup fee is charged once per order rather than per garment, so jerseys and shorts in the same order share one setup. Send us a design and we build it, or design your own in the Design Studio. Nothing reaches production until you have approved the visual.
