How long it takes
The weeks start once you have approved your design and paid, not when you first get in touch. Leave time before that for us to draw it and for you to approve the visual.
The main factory is usually full, so a rush order may be made at a second factory. The fabric and print there can look very slightly different from a sample or an earlier order. Both are checked to the same standard. Ask us before you count on a faster date, we confirm it with the factory first.
Most clubs have a date in mind: the first game, a tournament, prizegiving. Count back six weeks from it. That is the day you need to have approved your design and paid.
Then leave a bit more room in front of that for the design itself. That part is up to you as much as us, you can change it as often as you like, and nothing starts until you are happy.
If the date is tight, tell us at the start rather than the end. There is far more we can do about it early on.
