THE DESIGN PROCESS ! How does this work ?
Perhaps you don't have a design in mind or doesn’t know where to start, there are a few different ways we can attack this. It can be as simple as a google search to find something you or your team like, it can be a replica of your existing sports clothing OR you can navigate to our DESIGN STUDIO to design your own (Click here).
Don't be afraid to get in contact with us, we are here to help and assist you from start to finish with your design needs.
What is Sublimation ?
Dye Sublimation is a process of printing fabric that provides the best quality, and most durable printing option for complex designs.
Inks are fused into the fabric as opposed to sitting on top of the fabric such as in DTG or screen printing. The process not only gives fabrics a softer touch after the printing, but it is also very durable. The colour remains strong in outdoor lighting and after extensive washing, so it’s the ideal process for sportswear and school clothing.
Another major benefit of Dye Sublimation is the design process. There are next to no limitations when it comes to what you want printed, all you need is vector artwork, PMS colours and our visual experts can help you bring you or your customers imagination to a reality.
VISUALS - Make contact with us to begin the visual process. We will help with all your graphic needs from start to finish. Can be as simple as sending us an image of the design your team likes, and we will build this in the required format. We request all logos to be supplied to us in Vector format, we can offer a redraw service which will be charged accordingly to you. Once the visual is completed, an email with links will be provided for you to view and approve. Any changes to the design will be made at this stage.
JOB SHEET - After you have approved the visual/s, you will need to pay and place an order online with required sizes, quantities etc. We will then transfer these details onto our job sheet. This is the final part of the design process before your order goes into production. We will email you the job sheet and ask that job sheets are checked thoroughly that you check size chart/s, colour references, quantities, and sizes match to what we were supplied. We will use the approved job sheet & proof for manufacturing purposes.
PRODUCTION - As soon as job sheet/s obtain approval, this is then sent to our factory to start production. Lead times can vary so please ask prior to job sheet approval if you are trying to meet a tight deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you. To ensure the order is what you are expecting, panel photos will be sent to you which are to scale (with logos) and printed in correct colours for your approval.
SHIPPING - After you have approved your panel photos, this order will soon be complete and ready to ship from our factory. We generally use DHL Express for our airfreight. It is shipped directly to our warehouse where your order will undergo a quality control process before being sent out. After inhouse check has been completed, we will ship locally and send you a tracking link email confirmation.

Sizes for each garment are mentioned in description of that particular product.
Sizes stated are in cm and they are half chest measurements. They are true to size, however industry standard allows for +/- 5% which is about 1-2cm.
Half Chest measurement relates to the width of the t-shirts or garments, not the body. The measurement is obtained by laying the t-shirt (hoodie, shirt or other top) flat on a flat surface. The garment is then measured across the front, side-seam to side-seam, from just a few centimetres below where the sleeve joins the body of the garment.
A garment with a half chest measurement of 50cm would be skin-tight on a person with a 100cm chest. Therefore, the half chest measurement - when doubled - should be a few centimetres more than the person's actual chest measurement (depending on desired fit and garment stretch).
